Ginisang Sayote with carrots and 555 Tuna

Ingredients: 1 pc Sayote 1 pc Carrot pinched of salt 1 Can of 555 Tuna (here I used 555 Tuna Afritada) 3 Cloves of Garlic - minced 2 tablespoon of oil Steps: Heat oil in a pot Saute minced garlic Add sayote and carrot before the garlic turns brown Mix and let it cook for 3 mins Add 555 Tuna Afritada Add salt until you achieved the desired taste Mix evenly and leave it until vegetables are cooked -- you can add small amount of water if you want it with sauce. This is one of the recipe that my mother taught me when I am still starting to learn how to cook. Also this is one of my favorite recipe my mother would cook every time we don't have viand. I am looking forward to it. haha. And now it's part of my recipes.

Hello Independenties! So today is January 02, 2020. OMG! That was too fast! I even didn't know how I survived my 2019. Yes literally how? It was so hard day by day. But look, it's 2020 now, my knees may not still be that strong compared to 2018, but not as damaged as 2019 and at least enough to support my 2020. I'm still fighting bro! Yes I am. And every one should. And yes, I am officially doing this blog writing to meet new people, to talk about life and all, to learn about things, to reach our goals and many more.
